Sogn Andriu is reachable by public transportation (bus 441), which runs hourly throughout the day from the train station in nearby Ilanz.
We are two kilometres from the town of Lumbrein, which has restaurants, a dairy, a small grocery store and Casa d’Angel, a gallery. A local diner sits 500 meters in the opposite direction towards Vrin, birthplace of the architect Gion Antoni Caminada and gateway to the sublime Greine.
Ski lifts to Obersaxon-Mundaun are a 15-minute bus ride away in Vella and the renowned spa resort of Therme Vals is accessible by bus or car. Ilanz, where most visitors arrive by train, has all the conveniences you might need. Hiking trails lie all around us.
